Brilliance And Passion


Old Fashioned

  • 45 ml Paul John Brilliance
  • 15 ml Monin Passion Puree
  • 2 Lime Wedges
  • Fresh Rosemary

One sprig of torched rosemary (fresh passion fruit with a sprig of rosemary)

  • Take leaves of 1 sprig of fresh rosemary in the mixing glass and muddle
  • Fill mixing glass with ice
  • Add Brilliance, passion fruit puree and squeeze wedges of lime
  • Shake and double strain over fresh ice in a glass
  • Garnish with torched rosemary and fresh passion fruit/wedge of lime.
